Bishop Roberta Moore is a woman of God whose unique ability to reach the unsaved while stirring the hearts and minds of the believers has caused her to be a practical vessel in the body of Christ.

 

Born into a musical family, Penny, as many in ministry know her, began her ministry over thirty years ago. She is part of a family group called The Good Sisters. She and her sisters traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad, spreading the good news of Jesus Christ through song and the preached word of God. 

 

On July 31, 1987, Bishop Roberta Moore and a small group of her family members opened the doors of the first Victory building under the umbrella of the St. Mark Holy Church of America Inc, where the pastor was the late Bishop Townsley, Sr. We were known then as Victory Pentecostal Church. Bishop Moore and her family joyously marched into 212 Buffalo Avenue and began establishing an outstanding work for the Lord. This young team of Christian workers labored long and hard in the Crown Heights Community, preaching, teaching, praying, and singing all to the glory of God. Bishop Moore seemed to have a voice for the teenage and young adults. With Love and Kindness has he drawn thee. Due to that mandate, many young people became saved and filled with God's precious Holy Spirit, and their lives changed.

Bishop Roberta Moore has proven to be a "Pastor after God's own heart." Her care and sincere love for God and His people encourage others to seek their true purpose earnestly and call in God. She is a spirit-filled and spirit-led leader, careful to hear and speak God's word.

The Lord continues to bless, affirm, and elevate her calling. September 23, 2002, Bishop-Elect Moore received an honorary doctorate from the Holy Trinity Universal Church Bible College under the leadership of the late Bishop Clarence Dorsey. 

Bishop Moore received her episcopal installation in August of 2015 and, from there, became the Establishmentarian and Presiding Prelate of the Victorious Christian Fellowship International Inc. Organization Fellowship of Churches.  Both are fast-growing, innovative ministries that serve both within the United States and in Johannesburg, SA.

Bishop Moore has received numerous awards and commendations, too many to number. But more importantly, she has proven to be a "Pastor after God's own heart." Her care and sincere love for God and His people encourage others to seek their true purpose earnestly and call in God. She is a spirit-filled and spirit-led leader, careful to hear and speak God's word. 

Bishop Roberta Moore has one loving daughter, Minister Leah Nicole Moore.

Bishop Moore, in June of 2021, earned her Bachelor's Degree in Theology. 

Bishop Moore was conferred a Bachelor's Degree in Evangelism from New Destiny Theological Institute in Nassau, Bahamas, and she also received her Bachelor's of Theology from Dominion Theological Seminary.

She was also honored to receive citations from Congressman Marty Markowitz for her work within the community and its youth, an award from District Attorney Charles Hynes as a leading lady in the Borough of Kings, and various other commendations

Bishop's presentation of the gospel of Jesus Christ is unique and has enabled her to minister across many denominations.  Her approachable and non-judgmental persona has endeared her to the many who call her pastor. At the same time, her compassion and ability to tap into the needs of the people have allowed her to be very effective at reaching the unsaved. Pastor Moore's precise, comprehensive, dynamic, and fiery presentation of the word of God has made her a much sought-after speaker around the country.

Victory Christian Ministries Inc. is a fast-growing, innovative, nondenominational ministry in the Brooklyn, Queens communities. The church serves as a beacon of hope to the lost and a revival center for the believer.

God Blessed Dr. Moore to Record her first CD in 2012. Bishop Moore's single "Great King Jehovah" has been nominated for an award and has reigned as number one on internet radio stations for several weeks.

Bishop Moore has a unique assignment in the body of Christ. God has placed a mandate on her life, which she fulfills daily.

From 1987 to the present, Bishop has continued to grow and expand her knowledge. She is now a certified Christian Counselor, a Certified Grief Counselor, and a Certified Life Coach.
